Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Giza. The Telesales Representative will handle outbound and inbound calls to engage with potential clients, explain company offerings, and close sales. The role involves maintaining positive customer relationships, following up on client inquiries, and achieving sales targets. Candidates will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of communication and providing feedback to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service Experience in Customer Support and building positive client relationships Proficiency in Sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets Capability in providing and receiving Training related to sales techniques or client communication Basic computer literacy for maintaining records and using CRM software Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively in an on-site environment A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
