#Key_Responsibilities:
-Provide technical support for production and internal systems.
-Troubleshoot application, server, and database issues.
-Monitor system performance and ensure service availability.
-Analyze logs and investigate incidents on Linux servers.
-Execute SQL queries for troubleshooting, validation, and reporting purposes.
-Support deployments, releases, and maintenance activities.
-Work closely with development and Dev Ops teams to resolve issues.
-Handle user tickets and provide timely resolutions.
-Document incidents, solutions, and operational procedures.
-Participate in on-call support when required.

-2–5 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, or System Support.
-Very good knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
-Very good knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting.
-Experience working with production environments.
-Good understanding of software and programming concepts.
-Good understanding of networking concepts and APIs.
-Experience with monitoring and logging tools is a plus.
-Familiarity with shell scripting is a plus.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Good communication and teamwork skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
#Technical_Skills:
-Linux (Ubuntu/Cent OS/RHEL).
-SQL Server / MySQL / Postgre SQL.
-Log analysis and troubleshooting.
-Basic networking knowledge.
