Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative based in Al Jizah, Egypt. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include answering calls, addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and offering support for travel-related services. Representatives will also maintain accurate records and contribute to fostering a positive customer experience.
Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Service Representatives and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse clients Experience in providing responsive and effective Customer Support Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including the use of relevant software and systems Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multi-task efficiently Previous experience in the travel or service industries is preferred Rotational shifts and days off.
