Job Description Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Coordinate with fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly teams. Ensure production targets are achieved according to schedule.dentify production issues and provide practical solutions. Prepare production reports and follow up on KPIs. Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures. Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments when required. Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferably metal fabrication, trailers, or heavy industry). Good knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Basic knowledge of quality standards and safety procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, power point). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience in trailers or heavy equipment manufacturing. Knowledge of welding processes , cutting , bending and assembly operations. Familiarity with ERP systems (odoo). Proven experience in applying lean and six sigma tools like 5S , kaizen , TPM and root cause analysis tools . Proven experience in engineering drawing and design programs like solid works .
