Key Responsibilities
1-Health & Safety:
- Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies and ensure that highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained.
2-Functional:
- Develop business cases.
- Implement digital solutions.
- Communicate with external parties to develop our systems.
- Work with other departments to enhance their digital skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement comprehensive digitalization strategies that prioritize health & safety and sustainability.
- Identify opportunities for innovation through automation and digital solutions that align with corporate goals.
- Design, develop, and implement automated dashboards and applications that provide real-time insights into health & safety and sustainability metrics.
- Ensure that digital tools are user-friendly, visually appealing, and accessible to stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support digital strategy and inform decision-making processes.
- Generate detailed reports and presentations that highlight key trends, insights, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Lead digitalization projects from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with health & safety and sustainability objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with internal departments (e.g., health & safety, environmental, operations, IT) to ensure digital solutions meet regulatory requirements and organizational needs.
- Engage with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to explore innovative technologies and share best practices.
- Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital solutions in enhancing health & safety and sustainability.
- Conduct regular assessments and updates of digital tools and processes to ensure continuous improvement and relevance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in Digital Strategy Analysis.
- Experience in digital strategy, data analysis, or project management, preferably in the manufacturing or construction sectors is preferred.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and application development platforms (e.g. Google Appsheet).
- Strong understanding of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and project management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
