Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular visits to HCPs to provide product information, scientific updates, and patient benefits.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the company.
  • Organize and participate in medical events, conferences, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure timely reporting of daily visits, sales performance, and market insights.
  • Adhere to company policies, ethical guidelines, and industry compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Medical Representative is a plus but not required (Fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
