We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Moderator to join our team in the engineering and construction field. This role is essential for maintaining professional communication, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting smooth project workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and respond to pages, hotline channels, and online discussions related to engineering and construction projects.• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and professional guidelines.• Identify and report inappropriate or non-compliant content.• Support project teams by facilitating clear and constructive communication.• Collaborate with management to improve community engagement and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of proven experience in social media moderation or customer support; experience in the same field is preferred.• Background or interest in engineering, construction, or project management.• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.• Familiarity with social media tools and reporting systems.• Professional experience in handling social media platforms such as Linked In, Instagram, and Tik Tok.• Strong English communication skills are a plus.• Leadership or team support experience is a plus.
