Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant Marketing Coordinator, based in Qesm 1st 6 October. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to executives and coordinating marketing initiatives. The role involves handling communication, assisting with event planning, supporting sales functions, tracking project milestones, and managing associated documentation. Candidates will also collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Writing skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively Proven ability in Sales and proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships Experience in Event Planning, including organizing and managing marketing events Proficiency in Project Management, including tracking milestones and meeting deadlines Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using office and marketing tools and software Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field Prior experience in real estate or similar industries is a strong plus
