Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Planning Engineer at Al Ashraaf Developments, based in Qesm El Obour. The Senior Planning Engineer will be responsible for overseeing project planning activities, creating and managing detailed construction schedules, identifying risks, and implementing control measures to ensure timely project completion. Additional tasks include monitoring project progress, analyzing data to optimize performance, and maintaining effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in project planning and production planning to develop and manage comprehensive schedules successfully. Excellent analytical skills to analyze project data, assess risks, and ensure optimization of resources and timelines. Proficient in project control processes, including monitoring project progress and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment on project goals. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required. Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project is highly desirable. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project planning roles, preferably in the construction or real estate industry. Problem-solving and organizational skills to drive efficiency and meet deadlines effectively.
