Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for the Direct Sales Team - Real Estate Developer, located in El-Sheikh Zayed. Responsibilities include engaging prospective clients, presenting and selling real estate properties, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role involves consulting with clients to identify their needs, providing professional advice, and staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings. Team collaboration and active participation in sales campaigns and events are also key components of the role.

Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets Client relationship management skills, including excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Proficiency in understanding real estate market trends and conducting competitive analysis Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with an aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the real estate industry and property sales processes is preferred A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
