Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, your main responsibility is outbound lead
generation and lead qualification, ensuring that only well-qualified
opportunities are passed to the Sales Manager.
You will work on both inbound and outbound leads,
using structured qualification methods, outbound tools, and AI-assisted
research to identify high-potential prospects aligned with our Ideal Customer
Profile (ICP).
Qualified leads will be reported to the Sales Manager,
who will assign them to the appropriate sales team member. You will then
support the sales team by coordinating and scheduling meetings and client
visits, and following up with prospects during the early stages of the
sales cycle.
This is a field-oriented role, requiring regular
client meetings, participation in exhibitions and industry events, and active
engagement with prospects.
You will also play a key role in continuously
improving lead generation and qualification processes based on feedback
from actual sales outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile
Must Have
- 1 3 years in sales, telesales, or lead generation
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Good English, written and spoken
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Organized, disciplined, and target-oriented
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, ERP, or technology sales
- Familiarity with outbound sales tools
- Experience using AI or automation tools
- Understanding of customer profiling and ICP targeting
- Experience working with CRM-based sales processes
