Job Summary:Responsible for Heating, Ventilation and air conditioning Equipment.
Duties:Supervise execution of maintenance plans concerning preventive, correction activities for HVAC equipment such as (AHU, chiller, cooling tower, pumps). Provide the spare parts and tools to execute the correction and preventive maintenance. Plan, coordinate operation and maintenance for all HVAC equipment. Support the validation department with area qualification and calibrations of instrumentations. Issue Preventive maintenance and operation SOPs for HVAC equipment.prepare list of spare parts for all HVAC department . Reporting and managing deviation. Train and lead new staff on the operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
Experience:3-5 years in relevant experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mech. Engineering English speaking and writing fluently.
Knowledge:Good Knowledge in HVAC system. Good Knowledge in Auto CAD. Good Knowledge in HAB.
