Role Description
This full-time, on-site Customer Service role is based in Smart Village. The role involves delivering professional banking sector customer support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include clear and effective communication with clients to ensure their concerns are addressed promptly, following up on requests, and maintaining accurate records of interactions for quality assurance purposes.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism, clarity, and problem-solving abilities Fluency in English is essential, with additional skills in English Teaching and Translation being an added advantage Ability to deliver training and effectively communicate knowledge and procedures to team members Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred Previous experience in customer service or the banking sector is a plus but not mandatory Comfortable working on-site in Smart Village
