Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Qesm El Doki, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Administrative Assistant will handle general administrative support, manage executive schedules, organize meetings, perform clerical tasks, and ensure efficient communication across departments. The role also involves coordinating with teams and external stakeholders to support the smooth daily operations of our organization.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to effectively support operations and senior leadership. Strong command of Communication and Phone Etiquette to manage internal and external communications professionally. Experience in Clerical Skills, including data entry, filing, and managing office documentation. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with digital scheduling tools. Prior experience with hybrid work environments is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
