Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in El Mansoura for an Area Sales Supervisor. The Area Sales Supervisor will oversee and manage a team of sales personnel, develop and implement sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role includes conducting training, addressing client needs, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders to achieve sales targets and build long-lasting relationships.

Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales trends and data for decision-making Experience in Team Management, including leading, motivating, and supervising sales teams Proficiency in Customer Service practices to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and clients Training skills to develop and mentor team members for improved performance Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage operational efficiency Familiarity with local market trends and industry knowledge in sales Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
