Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Forwarding Specialist based in Smart Village. The Freight Forwarding Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of freight transportation and logistics, coordinating export and forwarding operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the shipping process. The specialist will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure efficient supply chain operations and timely delivery of goods.
Qualifications Proficiency in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation processes Experience in Forwarding and Export operations Strong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with clients and resolve queries Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in relevant software and tools for freight management Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
