Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Modeler based in Benha. The BIM Modeler will focus on developing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for architectural and engineering projects. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining detailed 3D models, coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams, preparing construction drawings, and supporting Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) designs.
Qualifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and methodologies Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings Experience working with Modeler software and techniques Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems Strong problem-solving and technical skills Attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field Experience in project coordination and design modeling
