A leading real estate development company in Hurghada is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Office Engineer to manage technical operations and support project execution across residential developments. This is a critical role for someone who can lead technical teams, ensure project accuracy, and drive efficiency across all project phases.
???? ???????????? ???????????????? ???????????????? ????????????????????????????You will play a key role in ensuring technical accuracy, cost control, and smooth coordination between project teams—directly impacting project quality and delivery.
???? ???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Review drawings, tender documents, and technical specifications. Identify and resolve design and site conflicts. Oversee quantity take-offs and technical documentation. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project schedules. Lead and manage the technical office team. Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals. Validate subcontractor proposals and ensure accurate payments. Monitor project progress and prepare reports. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Develop solutions to improve efficiency and project quality.
✅ ????????????????????????????????????????????????Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.7–10 years of experience (preferably in residential projects). Strong experience in technical office roles.
???? ???????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????Auto CAD, ASD, BIM. Primavera & MS Project. Strong technical and design analysis skills.
???? ???????????????? ????????????????????????Leadership and team management. Problem-solving and decision-making. Communication and negotiation skills. Organized and results-driven.
