Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Forwarder located in Smart Village. The Freight Forwarder will coordinate and manage freight transportation and forwarding operations. Responsibilities include managing export logistics, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the shipping process, maintaining documentation, and liaising with clients, carriers, and vendors to facilitate efficient freight management.
Qualifications Experience in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation coordination Knowledge of Export & Import Forwarding procedures Strong Customer Service skills, including communication and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and the ability to handle logistics documentation efficiently Proficiency in using transportation management software and tools is a plus Familiarity with local and international shipping regulations Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
