Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Giza. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for managing client relationships, facilitating property viewings, and negotiating deals. Day-to-day tasks include researching market trends, promoting property listings, coordinating with clients to identify their needs, and closing sales. The role also involves ensuring compliance with real estate regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local market.
Qualifications Strong Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property laws and practices Experience in Real Estate and Sales, with a demonstrated track record of achieving targets Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities Proficiency in market analysis and familiarity with local property trends Ability to effectively handle multiple clients and tasks Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus Knowledge of real estate CRM tools and software is an advantage
