Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in 10th of Ramadan for a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. You will develop and promote employer branding initiatives, collaborate with hiring managers, and contribute to IT recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure efficient recruitment processes and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes, with a proven track record of sourcing and selecting top talent Strong Communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders, candidates, and hiring managers Experience in Employer Branding to promote the organization as a top workplace Familiarity with IT Recruitment to identify and attract technical talent Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple priorities effectively Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within a similar industry Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
