Job Description

-Strong knowledge of plastic raw materials and chemical product applications in industrial markets.

-Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships within manufacturing sectors.

-Experience in B2B sales, negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract management.

-Skilled in identifying market opportunities and expanding customer portfolios across industrial accounts.

-Excellent communication and coordination skills with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

-Analyze market and territory potential and track sales performance.

-Prepare sales status and market reports.



Requirements

-1 –4 years of experience as a Sales specialist (Fresh graduates are welcome)

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Chemical Engineering) OR bachelor’s degree in science (preferably Chemistry or Physics).

-Experience in raw materials for paints or plastics industries is a must.

-Present, promote, and sell chemical raw material products.

-Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

-Achieve sales targets within agreed timelines.

-Provide after‑sales support and manage customer orders and payments.
