Job Purpose

The successful candidate will take full ownership of the installation, operation, and continuous development of the ERP system. You will ensure seamless integration between administrative and engineering workflows, provide critical technical support, and empower our staff through professional training.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration: * Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company’s ERP system to ensure 100% uptime.

Customization:* Tailor the ERP modules to align with the construction industry’s documentation cycle (Inventory, Procurement, Project Costing, and HR).

Technical Support:* Provide rapid troubleshooting and technical assistance to end-users to maintain workflow continuity.

Training & Enablement:* Develop and deliver comprehensive training packages to ensure optimal system utilization by all staff.

Data Analytics:* Generate analytical reports and business intelligence (BI) insights to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:* Minimum of **5 years** of proven experience in ERP implementation and management.

Industry Background:* Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in **Engineering or Construction firms** (familiarity with Concrete and Steel production cycles).

Technical Skills:* Proficiency in programming languages relevant to system development (e.g., Python, SQL, or .NET**) and advanced database management.

Education:* Bachelor’s degree in **Information Systems, Computer Engineering**, or a related field.

Soft Skills:* Exceptional communication and pedagogical skills for training, advanced problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive under tight project deadlines.
