About the Role We are hiring a Risk Management Lead on behalf of a leading international company for large-scale capital and infrastructure projects in Egypt. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in project risk governance, structured risk assessment, and executive-level risk reporting within complex project environments. Key Responsibilities Lead project and program risk management activities across major capital projects Establish, maintain, and govern project risk registers across multiple workstreams Facilitate structured risk identification and risk assessment workshops Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments Link risk exposure to cost, schedule, and contingency planning Support risk-based decision-making and governance processes Prepare executive risk dashboards and reports for senior leadership Coordinate with project controls, planning, commercial, and delivery teams Ensure risk governance compliance across project functions Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field10+ years of professional experience Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience in project risk management Strong experience in infrastructure, utilities, or large capital projects Proven experience building and managing project risk registers Strong experience facilitating formal risk workshops Experience in qualitative and quantitative risk assessment Strong reporting and stakeholder communication skills Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Project Management, Risk Management, or Engineering Management RMP (Risk Management Professional) certification strongly preferred PMP certification is a plus Experience with QRA / Monte Carlo simulation is an advantage Key Competencies Strong analytical and governance mindset Executive-level reporting and communication Structured facilitation and stakeholder management Risk-based decision support
