Role Description
We are seeking a Bancassurance Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Sharkia, Egypt. As a Bancassurance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners to promote Allianz insurance products. Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, achieving sales targets, and ensuring seamless communication between Allianz and the partner bank. You will also deliver excellent customer service and engage in continuous learning to stay informed about market trends and insurance products.
Qualifications
Sales and customer relationship management skills Strong understanding of insurance products and financial services Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work collaboratively with bank personnel to achieve common goals Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Exceptional organizational and time management skills Previous experience in bancassurance, insurance, or financial services is a plus Finance, Economics, or a related field Professional certifications related to insurance or banking are advantageous
