We're Hiring: Fleet Supervisor
Location: 10th of Ramadan City
Are you an experienced mechanical engineer with a passion for fleet management?
Join our team and take the lead in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and performance of our fleet operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee regular and emergency vehicle maintenance with the maintenance team. Schedule periodic technical inspections and ensure compliance with standards. Monitor driver performance and adherence to safety and operating procedures. Track and analyze fuel consumption and maintenance costs to optimize efficiency. Review breakdown and accident reports and implement corrective actions. Manage vehicle documents (licensing – insurance – inspection). Coordinate with external workshops and suppliers when needed. Submit regular reports on fleet status and recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
B. Sc. Minimum 4 years of experience in fleet supervision or maintenance. Solid knowledge of preventive and emergency maintenance systems. Proficiency in Excel and SAP. Excellent analytical, organizational, and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure.
