• Measuring System Analysis ( Measurable and Attributes )
• Quality Projects Follow up execution with Industrial Quality Team
• Industrial Quality Process and plans following up and implementation.
• Tests Reporting to the Direct Managers.
• Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor quality KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Ensure process stability and product quality through inspections.
• Refine quality checklists and identify critical characteristics to prevent issues and reduce complaints.
• Perform quality studies using control charts, process capability analysis, measurement system analysis (MSA), and gap analysis.
• Champion continuos process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and update control plans and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
• Investigate root causes of product failures and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize problem-solving tools to develop effective solutions.
• Manage and communicate process and material changes effectively.
