Roles & Responsibilities

MAJOR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
  • Find new ways and approaches to clients whether through sales or marketing and create a strong referral pipeline and building powerful relationships with them.
  • Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services.
  • Make cold calls and conduct meetings and showings as possible.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a purchase deal.
  • Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale.
  • Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make.
  • Manage clients closely throughout sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Identify and engage brokers.
  • Conduct orientation and do visits to the brokers periodically.
  • Keep updated with the inventory status update.
  • Follow up with the Sales Operations team regarding any matter related to their client whether a unit hold, reservation, contract and lead assignment.
  • Use, update and complete data and necessary actions and activities on the CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

EXPERIENCE 1-3 years of experience in sales; Real estate experience is a must. EDUCATION Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent. QUALIFCATION Depth Knowledge of MS office Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
