MAJOR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
- Find new ways and approaches to clients whether through sales or marketing and create a strong referral pipeline and building powerful relationships with them.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services.
- Make cold calls and conduct meetings and showings as possible.
- Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a purchase deal.
- Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale.
- Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make.
- Manage clients closely throughout sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
- Identify and engage brokers.
- Conduct orientation and do visits to the brokers periodically.
- Keep updated with the inventory status update.
- Follow up with the Sales Operations team regarding any matter related to their client whether a unit hold, reservation, contract and lead assignment.
- Use, update and complete data and necessary actions and activities on the CRM system.
Desired Candidate Profile
EXPERIENCE 1-3 years of experience in sales; Real estate experience is a must. EDUCATION Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent. QUALIFCATION Depth Knowledge of MS office Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
