Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing BTL campaigns such as promotions, activations, roadshows, and events
- Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and vendors for production and logistics
- Support in preparing campaign briefs, timelines, and execution plans
- Monitor field activities and ensure campaigns are implemented as planned
- Handle permits, venue bookings, and on-ground logistics when required
- Track campaign performance and assist in preparing post-campaign reports
- Manage inventory of marketing materials (POSM, giveaways, branding assets)
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all activations
- Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing
- Maintain documentation and records of all BTL activities

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0 3 years of experience in marketing, events, or promotions (fresh graduates can apply)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed
