Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Oversee the creation and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies for corporate and institutional segments.
  • Business Development: Lead the development of customized opening packages and high-level presentations for premium clients.
  • Performance Management: Review and consolidate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales activity reports to track progress against revenue objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Drive the collection and analysis of market trends and competitive insights to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Key Account Management: Maintain and expand senior-level relationships with international bodies and key hospitality partners.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the Sales Representative(s) to ensure the execution of approved sales plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • BSc degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within tourism, hospitality, entertainment, or cultural destinations.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with high-profile clients.
  • Strong planning, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
