Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QC and Microbiology teams to ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee all laboratory activities including chemical and microbiological testing.
- Drive quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review and approve validation protocols, test results, and batch release decisions.
- Ensure audit readiness and successful regulatory inspections.
- Manage departmental resources, budgets, and team development.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field MBA is a plus./li>
12+ years of experience, including 7+ years in a managerial role. Strong expertise in QC, Microbiology, and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical manufacturing is mandatory. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
