Job description

Day- to-day Operations:

-     Supervise the day-to-day operations of control & system to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
-     Preparing the Instrumentation in the DCS & instrumentation maintenance schedule in order to keep productivity as Plant Target.

-     Adhere to the priorities laid down by the E&I Manager DCS  so that optimum control and instrumentation reliability and accuracy is achieved at all times. in order to increase the efficiency of the devices
-     Liaises with the E&I Manager  , the Production Department, operation Manager in Refinery, Raw Sugar and Utilities Manager to ensure day-to-day problems  in order to increase the efficiency of the systems
-     Ensures the DCS instrumentation maintenance is carried out to the required safety, engineering and product quality assurance standards and on schedule. in order to meets those requirements and Company policy                 
-     Assists with the implementation of preventative maintenance procedures and requirements for DCS and instrumentation equipment from field to DCS  in order to keep the plan productivity
-     Identifies legislative requirements and regulations, ensuring DCS instrumentation equipment and practice in order to keep productivity as Plant Target. 
-     Completes an daily  report and carries effective communication & handover activities in order to tracking the devices performance
-     Works safely at all times in order to  observes own work area clean & hygienic
