Roles & Responsibilities

Role Purpose

To lead regulatory compliance activities and drive effective engagement with governmental authorities while managing a team to ensure alignment with regulations and support business objectives

Role Profile

- Lead the execution of regulatory strategy in alignment with business priorities and F Band direction.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with governmental and regulatory authorities to support business needs.

- Oversee and ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies across operations.

- Manage all regulatory approvals, licenses, and permits for network, technology, and commercial activities.

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of regulatory specialists to ensure high performance and capability development

Competencies and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and government procedures.
• Proven people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret regulations and assess business impact.
• Negotiation and influencing skills with government entities

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Law, Political Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5 8 years of experience in regulatory or government relations roles
