Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Projects Lead who will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Vodafone Enterprise solutions. This role sits within the Global Service Operations Centre (GSOC) and focuses on the effective initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex enterprise projects. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional and virtual teams, strong stakeholder engagement, and an excellent command of the German language to support enterprise customers and internal partners.
What you ll do
- Act as the primary technical advisory interface for customers, providing consultancy on infrastructure services, platform strategy, and solution design across on premise and cloud platforms.
- Own consultancy engagements during assessment and design phases, ensuring clarity on business drivers, constraints, risks, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure proposed solutions meet security, risk, and regulatory standards before progressing to delivery.
- Take decision ownership on target platform selection in line with cloud first and enterprise architecture principles.
- Support modernisation, migration, and optimisation initiatives, including transformation of virtualised and legacy infrastructure.
- Enable effective handover from design to delivery by aligning with delivery teams and technical specialists.
- Contribute to high level cost estimation and solution sizing in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate communities of practice to share knowledge, encourage consistency, and promote reuse of best practices.
- Contribute to technology strategy, service catalogues, and roadmaps in partnership with product and business stakeholders

- Skilled across hybrid environments, including on premise infrastructure, private cloud, and public cloud platforms.
- Knowledgeable in enterprise security, risk management, and compliance within large scale, regulated environments.
- Confident in assessing and recommending platforms aligned to architectural standards and long term strategy.
- Collaborative in approach, with experience influencing outcomes, sharing knowledge, and supporting teams without reliance on formal authority.
