Roles & Responsibilities

Job Accountabilities

• -Platform Management
  Define and oversee the platform s content strategy, including perks, news, and success stories
• Manage website updates in coordination with the technical team to ensure optimal performance
• Analyze user feedback and platform analytics to enhance user experience and product features continuously

• -Community Engagement
  Design and execute engagement campaigns across social media, newsletters, and platform channels
• Plan and coordinate community initiatives such as webinars, workshops, and meetups
• Oversee the collection and publication of freelancer success stories to strengthen platform credibility

• -Partnership Development
  Lead outreach and relationship management with strategic partners (e.g., banks, tech platforms, service providers)
• Manage incoming sponsorship and collaboration opportunities
• Track, evaluate, and report on partnership performance and impact

• Strong leadership and ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational and execution skills in fast-paced environments
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, program management, or platform leadership roles
• Proven track record in managing digital platforms or leading community-driven initiatives
• Experience in building and scaling partnerships is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Egypt s freelancing and technology ecosystem is a strong advantage

Required Skills

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field
