Job Purpose The Strategy and Planning Manager is responsible for shaping the long-term strategic direction of the company by driving business planning, market analysis, and performance monitoring.
This role works closely with senior leadership to develop actionable strategies that enhance competitive advantage, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans aligned with corporate goals.
Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate strategy with operational planning.
Evaluate business performance metrics and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
Identify growth opportunities, potential risks, and areas for process improvement.
Lead strategic initiatives and projects to improve business outcomes.
Prepare presentations, reports, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities in alignment with strategic priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in strategy development, business planning, or management consulting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience in the automotive or mobility sector is an advantage.
