We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company.
The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and support general administrative tasks.
Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Manage scheduling and appointment booking Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office supplies management Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations • Social Insurance • Medical Insurance Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role Bachelor’s degree is preferred Good communication skills in English and Arabic Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Residing in or near Heliopolis, Nasr City, or surrounding areas is a plus
