Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of marketing and brand campaigns in line with established brand guidelines
- Coordinate the development of marketing assets, ensuring consistency in visual identity and tone of voice
- Manage and update social media platforms and website content with a strong focus on brand storytelling
- Assist in content creation, including photography, videography, and short-form video (Reels)
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of marketing initiatives
- Support the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and promotional activities
- Monitor digital performance and prepare basic reports on campaign engagement and reach
- Ensure all brand materials and communications reflect brand positioning and standards
- Coordinate with the commercial team to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B
- Strong creative sense, with skills in photography, videography, and social media content creation
- Good understanding of branding principles and digital marketing fundamentals
- Proficiency in social media platforms and Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, dynamic, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling
- Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining ownership of assigned tasks
