Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing and brand campaigns in line with established brand guidelines
  • Coordinate the development of marketing assets, ensuring consistency in visual identity and tone of voice
  • Manage and update social media platforms and website content with a strong focus on brand storytelling
  • Assist in content creation, including photography, videography, and short-form video (Reels)
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Support the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and promotional activities
  • Monitor digital performance and prepare basic reports on campaign engagement and reach
  • Ensure all brand materials and communications reflect brand positioning and standards
  • Coordinate with the commercial team to align marketing efforts with business objectives

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 1 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B
  • Strong creative sense, with skills in photography, videography, and social media content creation
  • Good understanding of branding principles and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, dynamic, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling
  • Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining ownership of assigned tasks
