Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Engineer based in El Obour. The Procurement Engineer will coordinate procurement activities, evaluate suppliers, manage purchase orders, and handle request-for-quotation (RFQ) processes. The role also involves conducting data analysis to optimize sourcing strategies while collaborating effectively with suppliers and internal teams. The ultimate goal is to ensure cost-effective procurement of materials while maintaining excellent communication and quality standards.
Qualifications
Experience in Supplier Evaluation and managing Request for Quotations (RFQs) Proficiency in creating and managing Purchase Orders with attention to detail Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and compare supplier proposals Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams Proficiency in procurement software and supply chain management systems is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field Experience in manufacturing or a similar industry preferred Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
