Role Description

This full-time on-site role as a Sales Agent will be based in Markaz Sohag. The Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing customized insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include promoting Met Life’s portfolio of insurance and financial products, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing client inquiries, and meeting individual and team sales targets. Additionally, the role involves attending training sessions to deepen product knowledge and enhance sales techniques.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs Demonstrated aptitude in Sales and a results-driven mindset Knowledge or experience in Insurance is preferred but not required Willingness to participate in Training sessions to develop relevant skills and stay updated on industry practices Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage Prior experience in the financial or insurance sector is beneficial
