Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Qesm El Ahram. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them toward the most suitable programs. Day-to-day tasks include inbound and outbound sales calls, maintaining excellent customer relationships, meeting enrollment targets, executing sales strategies, and assisting with client onboarding. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process and representing Innovation Gate at events when required.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with prospective students and address their needs. Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet targets and contribute to strategic sales initiatives. Ability to deliver effective and clear Training to prospective clients when needed. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software is an advantage. A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in the education or training industry is a plus.
