Role Description
This is a full-time Ecommerce Specialist role based on-site at our Giza location. The Ecommerce Specialist will oversee the day-to-day management of the online sales platform, monitor key performance indicators, optimize the online shopping experience, develop and execute promotional strategies, and drive online revenue growth. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and sales to align ecommerce strategies with overall business objectives and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through prompt support and assistance.

Strong knowledge and experience in E-Commerce and Sales Excellent Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to goal alignment Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus Previous experience in furniture retail or similar industries is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, e Commerce, or a related field
