Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, build and maintain relationships with clients, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing a sales team, training and mentoring team members, analyzing sales data, and exploring new market opportunities. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in representing the company to clients and partners and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Qualifications Proven expertise in sales processes, client management, and successful business development. Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and motivating sales teams. Ability to analyze sales performance data and develop actionable strategies. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build and manage client relationships. Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis within the industry. Proficiency in using CRM and sales management tools is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred. Experience working in on-site, fast-paced environments is an advantage. Languages other than English will be considered a plus.
