Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Real Estate Agent for a full-time on-site role located in Giza. As a Real Estate Agent at Bold Routes, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing outstanding customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property market analysis, building client relationships, managing property listings, negotiating deals, and closing transactions. You will work to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their real estate goals.
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License Experience and expertise in Real Estate, including knowledge of market trends and real property transactions Strong Sales skills, including negotiation and deal-closing capabilities Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships Proficient communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently A proven track record of successful real estate transactions is a plus Solid understanding of the local real estate market in Giza
