A leading real estate development company in Hurghada is looking for an experienced Customer Relations Manager to lead customer experience and after-sales operations.
This is a high-impact role for someone who can manage the full customer journey, improve satisfaction, and drive long-term client relationships.
???? ???????????? ???????????????? ???????????????? ????????????????????????????You will be responsible for shaping the entire customer experience—from first interaction to post-handover—ensuring consistency, satisfaction, and retention.
???? ???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????• Develop and implement customer experience strategy and service standards.• Manage the full customer journey (Lead → Booking → Contracting → Handover → After-sales).• Oversee CRM system and ensure proper tracking of customer interactions.• Handle escalated complaints and ensure timely resolution.• Supervise after-sales and handover operations.• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT, retention, referrals).• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Projects, Finance, and Legal teams.• Lead customer service and call center team performance.• Improve communication across all customer touchpoints.• Prepare customer experience and performance reports.
✅ ????????????????????????????????????????????????• 8–12 years of experience in real estate customer experience / after-sales.• Strong experience with CRM systems.• Background in handover and after-sales operations.• Excellent leadership and communication skills.• Strong problem-solving and customer-centric mindset.• Experience with a real estate developer is a must.
