Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Update and cleanse price lists on real time basis. SAP codes/description to be updated/cleansed.
• Solicit Quotation from suppliers and prepare bid comparison for approval.
• Lead dispute resolution regarding material supply, quality issues, invoice and payment issues
• Prepare monthly supplier score card for quality and delivery vs. plan. Share benchmarking against industry / market standards.
• Support in developing new suppliers.
• Represent GP with Marketing/Sales/Supply Chain for all innovation and productivity projects.
• Support Category negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers.
• Create and Maintain SAP contracts.
• Tracking, Reporting and uploading monthly productivity projects in relevant tool.
• Evaluate & evolve sourcing strategy based on changing market conditions and provide inputs during strategic sourcing activities, including internal and external analysis and negotiations.
• Keep close tracking of productivity pipeline to cover any risks to the plan.
• Support commodity reporting; maintain price & inflation/deflation database including internal and external data.
• Supplier liaison for supplier quality assurance program
• Support the preparation and submission of Procurement Quarterly submissions, Annual Operating Plans and PepsiCo Strategic Plan (PSP).
• Support developing reports, analysis for Corrugate and other packaging.

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor s degree.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in direct category Sourcing (Preferred experience in Corrugates & Flexible packaging) in FMCG.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• High financial acumen.
• Comprehensive experience with data analysis using tools like Excel, Access & SAP.
• Initiative-taking and ability to manage multiple assignments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Relevant bachelor s degree.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in direct category Sourcing (Preferred experience in Corrugates & Flexible packaging) in FMCG.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

High financial acumen.

Comprehensive experience with data analysis using tools like Excel, Access & SAP.

Initiative-taking and ability to manage multiple assignments.
