Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales role located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for driving revenue growth, cultivating client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks will include managing accounts, leading sales strategies, executing training for sales teams, monitoring performance, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role requires a proactive and solution-oriented approach to address client needs and contribute to the company’s overall success.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Experience in leading teams and Training to mentor and enhance team performance Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify and pursue business opportunities Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the real estate or development sector is an advantage
