Segam Group has a job opening for an Administrative.
Key Responsibilities Maintain employee records, including attendance and leave tracking. Prepare periodic HR-related reports. Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs for the factory. Assess employee training requirements in coordination with department heads. Monitor the performance of new employees during their probationary period. Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory safety policies. Implement and follow up on occupational health and safety policies in collaboration. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.5-7 years of experience in administrative roles (experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is highly preferred). Strong knowledge of labor laws and social insurance regulations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels Preferably a resident of El Faiyum.
Working Days: "6 days per week". Working Place: "El Faiyum Elgideda".
