We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality architectural design solutions for both interior and exterior works.
???? Job Responsibilities:Design & Concept Development* Develop architectural concepts and translate ideas into clear, creative, and buildable design proposals.* Prepare and present design materials including mood boards, concept diagrams, sketches, and 3D visualizations.* Produce design development drawings and detailed architectural packages for interior and exterior works.* Conduct site analysis, zoning studies, and space planning.* Select materials, finishes, and architectural details aligned with the project vision. Codes & Technical Standards* Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.* Apply strong knowledge of construction methods and architectural detailing.* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration and technical consistency.

Requirements:* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.* 4–7 years of experience in architectural design (preferably residential or mixed-use projects).* Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.* Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills.* Good understanding of materials, construction methods, and local codes.* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.* Willingness to relocate to New Damietta.
